Create more horsepower and hit your maximum power potential with the Streetfighter LT4 Supercharger Porting upgrades!

Supercharger manifold porting and supercharger snout porting refers to the process of modifying the intake of the supercharger to improve the quality and quantity of air flow. The stock supercharger is limited due to its design and manufacturing constraints. Supercharger, Manifold and Snout Porting is proven to help free up the air flow, lower intake air temperatures, gain horsepower and torque right across the RPM band.

This is also a great time to change your supercharger pulley to create more boost. An optional StreetFighter Griptec Pulley can also be added to your snout.

By spinning the supercharger lobes faster, more air is pulled through the snout and the smoother and wider the intake area, the less restriction and more boost will be created allowing more horse power through the drive train.

Less restriction, more air, smoother delivery, faster spinning lobes equals maximum power potential from your LT4 Supercharger assembly.

Streetfighter Nothing Comes Close!

The Snout Porting service (Stage I) requires the customer to remove the snout from their engine and be sent to KPM Motorsport. The snout will be disassembled, washed, CNC ported, given a final wash, reassembled, and returned to the customer.

The Snout Porting + Pulley upgrade service (Stage II) requires the customer to remove the snout from their engine and be sent to KPM Motorsport. The snout and pulley will be disassembled, washed, CNC ported, given a final wash and reassembled with a new StreetFighter Griptec Pulley, and returned to the customer.

The Snout and Manifold Porting service (Stage III) requires the customer to remove the supercharger from their engines, as well as the throttle body, supercharger bypass valve, and crossover tube. As KPM Motorsport does not require these parts to perform the upgrade, these can stay with the customer.

Only the supercharger manifold and snout is to be shipped to KPM Motorsport, upon arrival, these parts will be disassembled, washed, CNC ported, give a final wash, reassembled, and returned to the customer. A new StreetFighter Griptec Pulley upgrade will also be fitted should the Stage IV Snout and Manifold Port + Pulley Upgrade option be selected.

We offer this upgrade in three stages,

Stage I Snout port.

Stage II Snout port + Griptec Pulley upgrade

Stage III Snout and Manifold port.

Stage IV Snout and Manifold port + Griptec Pulley upgrade.

As this is a changeover order service, simply follow our procedure:

1. Remove the supercharger manifold and/or snout from your car.
2. Remove the throttle body, supercharger bypass valve, and crossover tube (do not send).
3. Print a copy of your order confirmation at checkout for your records

NOTE:  When sending in your supercharger manifold and/or snout, make sure the Snout and Manifold are well protected, and packaged separately We recommend to insure it for the cost of a new replacement estimated at $4,500.  KPM Motorsport will not be held liable for any damage. Any damage claims are to be handled by the customer and their freight carrier.
