Hennessey Ford Ranger VelociRaptor Build #02 and #03 underway

KPM Motorsport have this week taken delivery of a brand new Ford Ranger to commence building of the second Australian Hennessey VelociRaptor. This vehicle, as with the first build, sold straight from the showroom floor sight-unseen. The VelociRaptor is limited to a total of 25 vehicles in Australia, and build plate #03 is available to order right now.

The Australian built Hennessey VelociRaptor is based on the US Ford Ranger, with the key difference being a 3.2L Duratorq Diesel opposed to the 2.3L Ti-VCT I-4 engine featured on the US Models – which is arguably a better for Australian conditions and lifestyle. From this platform, the Hennessey VelociRaptor is given a full Hennessey makeover, both visually and mechanically, resulting in a powerful and extremely versatile vehicle.
