Product Warranty Policy

KPM Motorsport / StreetFighter / KPM Fuel Systems

StreetFighter warrants that its Products sold in Australia are warranted against defects in material
and/or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the original Date of Sale. The conditions of this
warranty and the extent of the responsibly of StreetFighter under this warranty are as follows:

This warranty is not transferable to a subsequent customer if the Product is sold by the original
customer during the warranty period.

If a defect appears in StreetFighter’s manufacture or assembly of the Product before the end of the
warranty period and StreetFighter finds the Product to be defective in materials or workmanship,
StreetFighter will, in its sole discretion, either:

(a) replace or repair the Product or the defective part of the Product free of charge; or

(b) cause the Product or the defective part of the Product to be replaced or repaired by an
Authorised StreetFighter Workshop.

StreetFighter reserves the right to replace defective parts of the Product with parts and components
of similar quality, grade and composition where an identical part or component is not available.

Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than
being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

If a fault covered by warranty occurs, the customer must first contact KPM Motorsport at the
contact address listed below, or an Authorised Streetfighter Workshop.

An Authorised StreetFighter Workshop may have its own Policy and Conditions for making a
warranty claim. If the customer is making a claim to an Authorised StreetFighter Workshop, the
customer must follow these Policies and Conditions.

The customer must make the Product available to KPM Motorsport or its StreetFighter Workshop for
inspection and testing. If such inspection and testing finds no defect in the Product, the customer
must pay KPM Motorsport or the Authorised StreetFighter Workshop the usual costs of service work
and testing.

The customer must bear the cost of the transport of the Product to and from KPM Motorsport or the
Authorised StreetFighter Workshop to make the warranty claim, and all insurance of the Product.

EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not cover:
the Product has been subjected to misuse, neglect, abuse, or accident;
the Product has had the serial number altered, defected or removed; or
the Product has been connected, installed, adjusted, or repaired other than in accordance with
instructions furnished by KPM Motorsport or StreetFighter.

This warranty does not cover:
removal and re-installation costs or;
removal of and repair of damage caused by foreign substances.
KPM Motorsport will not be responsible for any costs associated with repairs that are not performed
by the KPM Motorsport or an Authorised StreetFighter Worskshop.

LIMITATIONS

KPM Motorsport makes no express warranties or representations other than set out in this
warranty.

The repair or replacement of the Product or part of the Product is the absolute limit of KPM
Motorsport / StreetFighters liability under this express warranty.
